DESCRIPTION:Pregnancy Yoga class weekly on Tuesday  5.45-7pm\n\nThe class brings local mums-to-be together from 14 weeks onwards. Pregnancy Yoga helps mum tune in to their body\, soothe common aches & pains\, and help with peace of mind. It is the opportunity to stretch\, strengthen and prepare for all types of birth. \nAbout your teacher Maryline ‘I have been teaching Pregnancy Yoga for 19 years in Knutsford and Manchester City Centre. I’m excited to have brought a class to Northwich\, which is now my home. I love supporting families during the pregnancy and postnatal period. Seeing mums build friendship\, helping them increase their comfort weekly & confidence as the birth approaches are the greatest rewards. My style is nurturing\, gentle and accessible to all. \nNo previous yoga experience required.
