Reset 2 Rebalance 1-1 personal training for recovery & trauma

We are now offering limited spaces for 1-1 personal training sessions with Carrie Ann Stevens- Founder of MBBA.

These sessions are fully funded by the national lottery and include 1 in person session a week alongside homework of mindful practice and exercise, you will also have access to group activities once you feel ready.

Sessions start in February for 12 weeks and May for 12 weeks.
