What is The Mind Body Balance Hub?
The Mind Body Balance Hub is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to supporting individuals in addiction recovery and those experiencing mental health challenges through physical activity, counseling, and community support.
We are located at 52 Witton Street, Northwich. You can find directions and a map on our Contact Us page.
Our hours of operation vary depending on the program or service. Generally, we are open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Specific program times are available on our Programs page.
