We are dedicated to supporting individuals seeking to enhance their mental and physical wellbeing through a diverse selection of activities.
Founded in April 2021, The Mind Body Balance Hub began as the Mind Body Balance Academy with the goal of addressing the physical and mental health needs of our community. Recognizing the profound impact of fitness on mental well-being and recovery from addiction, we saw an opportunity to create a unique space dedicated to these interconnected aspects of health.
Starting with a handful of fitness sessions and community outreach, we quickly grew into a trusted resource in Northwich and surrounding areas. Our dedication to offering specialised boxing and fitness programs for individuals in addiction recovery set us apart. Over time, we expanded our services to include one-on-one personal training, counselling, and family support, as well as becoming the recognised centre in Northwich for those who are looking for more than just a place to get fit, offering a community feel, a place to be seen , heard and welcomed.
In 2024, we formalised our commitment to the community by registering as a Community Interest Company (CIC), solidifying our mission to serve those who need it most. Today, The Mind Body Balance Hub is a vibrant centre where individuals come together to improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life.
At The Mind Body Balance Hub, our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can engage in physical activities and receive the holistic support they need to improve their mental and physical health.
We aim to eliminate barriers to exercise and wellness, creating opportunities for everyone to thrive.
We envision a community where:

Shortly after and with funding from Sport England she started ‘Fighting for well being’ a boxing fitness class for those in addiction recovery, Over time Carrie Ann has added other sessions in the community and realised that a centre of Physical & mental wellbeing was needed , setting up the Mind Body Balance Academy.
